Mindvibe primarily recommends medication alongside supportive therapy for most conditions we treat. If you prefer to avoid medication, Mindvibe may not be the best match for your needs.

Mindvibe focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health issues through virtual psychiatric sessions. Your psychiatrist will create a personalized treatment plan, adjust it as needed, and manage any prescribed medication. If necessary, referrals to a Mindvibe therapist can be made.
